Othon Molina, Ph.d.c, LMT
"My whole purpose in life has been to study the human body, and every thing connected to it. I know that is a lot of stuff. Yes, I have been busy for thirty-some years and still studying the latest. Even studying architecture gave me an understanding of structure for the body; this was my first way of looking at it. It is a bit more complex than just structure. The human body is mechanical, chemical, mental, emotional, and, most of all, spiritual. In medicine we tend to separate these to just be able to understand them, however, in trying to understand them we keep them separate from us. It can keep us in the duality of life, and that always brings some type of struggle. It's only of course with our own universe that we think we struggle with. We get these reminders of our struggle (if any) and it out-pictures (Cotting) like pain, or a cold, or a disease. These things have been taught to us as the "Bad guys" that make us sick, that nasty flu. Well some of us wonder why if we create our own universe and life around us, how could a little bug hurt my incredibly powerful body??? Some of the guys I have been reading like Einstein, Plank, Haramein, and Cotting are saying we not only create our own reality, we create everyone, and every situation and event around us. We cannot cause anything, even happiness; well think about it, Einstein said that there is no cause and effect, that they are simultaneous. We can't cause anything in anyone, if we are all creating our own universe all we can do is live your life, not try and cause things to make our lives better. What we spend our most time, thinking, doing or saying, the universe around us, gives us, that and more. As the universe has never denied us anything. As a therapist we are asked often to help people with pain--pain is the body talking to us. To really help people what I can do is relieve some symptoms, and connect the person with what their body is saying to them. Then they can help me truly heal their spiritual mindful body."

?I like to work on prevention of injuries ideally or training an athlete or dancer to perform better; to me that is the best therapy. Of course during my time in a PT department I worked and did many treatments to back, neck also many other sports injuries. I have worked with executives on training and manual therapy, often called massage. My real specialty is the injured back person, as my greatest experience has been in that arena.?
The tools or methods I use in my practice and teach others are:
